THE "JUSTIFIED" WAR DOCTRINE & THE "JUST SOCIETY" PRINCIPLE
Traditionally, Canada does not cooperate with international doctrines, declarations, conventions; or, treaties that seek to interfere with its indigenous Peoples relationship. Unfortunately, this is a common practice among most nations; and, is a result of seeking to preserve the colonial benefits that have deprived "consecutively settled sovereign people" / CSSP of their customary and traditional lands, resources and governing authorities. Kwa'mutsun Nation's political agenda is to mitigate these "reverse onus" Canadian practises.
Hence, three political issues [taxation, environmental; and, individual citizenry property rights] on Vancouver Island will now proceed to clear the air of "unjust enrichment" by Elizabeth II, her predecessors; her heirs, and, successors. Further - in the more global sense - the judicious decision making of these issues shall be implemented in order to depose Canada of the constitutional monarchy, which continues to cast such a heavy pall over reconciliation.
You will appreciate that Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada, has never apologized to CSSP citizens for the genocide perpetrated upon her claimed indigenous Peoples since her 1953 coronation oath undertaking.
This EIIR Oath is substantially significant in relation to scholarly interpretations published in England since before 1849; which considered breach of this oath as constituting a criminal offence; subject to prosecution.

Therefore - and, considering that Kwa'mutsun Nation raised these matters to Elizabeth II (with responding commentaries) in 2005 - advance Notice of Intent is considered to have been delivered [ additionally, to the EU, ICC, UN; IACHR; and, OIPC]. Plus, due to the legion of unresolved apparent breach issues, it is now a critical time to move forward to both domestic and international venues to put these matters to rest while Elizabeth II remains queen - or, upon her demise, successors, since it is regarded that the Throne is a personage and an institution : both with prevailing duty of care - before Canada must legislate assent to the succeeding monarch.
